Getting Started

To submit a Service Availability Request or any other development-related application, you must first create an account in SagesGov.

A registered portal account is required for all applications and project submissions. Once your account has been created and approved by CCUA, you will be able to:

• Submit Service Availability Requests and development applications
• Upload plans and supporting documents
• Track project status in real time
• Receive review comments and notifications
• Schedule inspections
• Manage all project-related activities through a single online portal

New Development Projects

Effective July 15, 2026, all new development projects must begin with a Service Availability Request.

A Service Availability Request is required and must be approved before a New Service Application may be submitted. This initial review allows CCUA to evaluate utility capacity, identify applicable requirements, and provide project-specific guidance before engineering plans and formal applications are submitted.
