Registration:

Anyone requiring (NEW) access to ATLNEXT SagesGov Electronic Plan Review system must register for an account by selecting "Create new account" on the left

or use link https://www.sagesgov.com/atlnext-ga/Portal/Register.aspx

• If you or your company have ever had a SagesGov account, you SHOULD NOT request another account from us. (See "Users from other jurisdictions" below)

SagesGov users with an exising account in other jurisdictions requiring access to ATLNEXT should attempt to sign in on this page with your existing SagesGov Username and Password. You will be prompted: "Do you want to request access for this new jurisdiction?". Select our icon, Department of City Planning. We will receive your request; review and approve/reject as required. 

Update to Tenant Reviews

All new Tenant Reviews must be submitted using Tenant Review - Preliminary Submittal. After completion of Preliminary review, you will be required to submit your corrected drawings using Tenant Review - Final Submittal. Preliminary and Final reviews are 15 business day reviews. After the first Final review cycle, there will be one more 5-Day review cycle if comments remain open. You are required to make any corrections from the Preliminary and Final review before submitting IFC.

Please do not Re-Submit "Review Cycle Not Accepted" projects on the Home Page.

Re-Submittal is done from within your Project/Case. 

Your RESUBMIT email notification will contain a hyperlink to your project.

• After selecting the email hyperlink and logging in, you will be taken to your project Overview page
• Select Tab: RESUBMIT PROJECT / CASE to Resubmit
• Respond to comments
• Upload corrected files
• Submit
