You can now submit your Issued For Construction (IFC) documents digitally on project completion. This process is for all Approved, Final Projects - Capital, Tenant, and Concessionaire. This review is for DOA & AFD Stamping, Signatures and Format only.
You will upload your files to SagesGov via this new process. Once we process your submittal (approx. 5 Business Days), you will be notified to collect your required file package from the completed IFC SagesGov process for OOB permitting. No more hard copies!
Registration:
Anyone requiring (NEW) access to the SagesGov Electronic Plan Review system must register for an account by clicking the following link https://www.sagesgov.com/atlnext-ga/Portal/Register.aspx
- Architects, Designers & Joint Ventures must first Register new account for your Company or Joint Venture. You are required to list an account administrator as part of the registration process. Once approved the administrator can add additional users for their company in their account.
- To submit a project for a Joint Venture company, you should be setup as users under that Joint Venture company by the Administrator and SHOULD NOT request a separate account from us.
- Independent Engineers, Design Professionals etc. may have their own Company/Firm Account or Individual User Account in SagesGov.
SagesGov Users from other jurisdictions requiring access to our site should attempt to sign in here with your current SagesGov Username and Password. You will be prompted: "Do you want to request access for this new jurisdiction?". Select our icon, Department of City Planning. We will receive your request; review and approve/reject as required.
