Starting July 1^st, 2021, Spalding County will be switching to a new online permitting system called CityTech Permits.  All new applications for building, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing permits will be processed through CityTech. This system allows for complete digital submittals, correspondence with our planning and building departments, and the ability to schedule inspections and see inspection results.

Please use the link below to register for a new account, fill out an application and upload your project documents.

• Anyone requiring access to the SagesGov electronic permitting system must register for an account by clicking the following link: https://www.sagesgov.com/spaldingcounty-ga/portal/register.aspx
• Architects, Builders, Engineers & Contractors must first Register a new account for their Company. They are required to list an account administrator as part of the registration process; once approved they can add additional users from their company under their account.
• Persons who submit projects for a company should be setup as users under the company by the Administrator and SHOULD NOT register for a separate accounts. 
• Independent Engineers, Design Professionals etc. may have their own Company/Firm Account or Individual User Account in SagesGov.

New Submission: To Start a New Permit Application click the Tile "Building Permit application" section for your Permit / Plan Review and follow the steps to complete your new Submission.  To Submit Electric, Heating or Plumbing Permits click the respective Tile and follow the steps to complete your new Submission. 

Re-Submission: To Re-submit a drawing or required documents, click on the Project Number adjacent to the Permit Number from the Worklist Tab and follow the steps to complete your Re-Submission. Please do not click the Tile on the Home Tab for Re-Submission as it will start a new permit application / submission.
