Submittal Guidelines

SagesGov application is for Commercial Plan Review and Scopes of work only

New Submission: To Start a New Permit Application click the Tile in the "Building Plan Review " section for your Permit / Plan Review and follow the steps to complete your new Submission. 

Re-Submission: To Re-submit a drawing or required documents, click on the Project Number adjacent to the Permit Number from the Worklist Tab and follow the steps to complete your Re-Submission. Please do not click the Tile on the Home Tab for Re-Submission as it will start a new permit application / submission.

Plan Revision: To submit a Plan Revision to a previously approved Permit / Project, click the Tile on the Home Tab for Plan Revisions. You have to enter the previously approved Permit number to continue with the Plan Revision submission.
(For Plan Revisions to Permits created in this system, your drawing files and data from the previously approved Permit will be copied over to the Plan Revision.  The project for the Plan Revision will be linked to the previously approved Permit.)
